Sudan first artist booking platform

Every rhythmin one place

From the booking to the ticket to the payment — a documented transaction that connects Sudanese artists with their audience at home and abroad. No brokers, no phone calls.

Sudan art market runs entirely on personal brokers and phone calls — no published prices, no guarantee for either side, and no record.

naqam turns that into a documented, transparent transaction, and opens the diaspora audience to Sudanese artists.

The system

Two apps, one platform

Each side gets its own app, both on one platform and one record.

NaqamFor the audience

Book an artist for your private event — a wedding, a graduation, a birthday or a wedding song — or buy concert tickets online, and follow your favourite artists.

  • Book an artist for a private event
  • Set the date and the venue
  • Buy concert tickets online
  • Follow artists news
  • Your bookings and tickets history

Naqam ArtFor artists and organizers

An artist runs their whole career from one place: profile, news and photos, incoming booking requests, and a calendar of commitments. Concert organizers create their public shows and follow sales as they happen.

  • Profile, gallery and news
  • Accept a booking or send a quote
  • A calendar that blocks double bookings
  • Create concerts and ticket tiers
  • Wallet, earnings and payouts
How the transaction works

Four steps, not a single phone call

The deposit is paid inside the platform and held there as a guarantee for both sides. It is released to the artist only after the event is done.

01

Pick your artist

Browse a verified directory by category and city, and see the guide price before you request anything.

02

Agree on the price

The artist sends a quote; you accept it or counter. If the event is abroad, the visa, flights and accommodation are each spelled out line by line.

03

Pay the deposit

Inside Sudan through Bankak — Bank of Khartoum — in pounds; abroad by international card through Stripe. The amount is held by the platform.

04

The event happens, the artist is paid

The money is released only after the event is complete, with a safety window to open a dispute before any payout.

The guarantee

Why inside the platform, not outside it

A held deposit

The money never reaches the artist before the event happens, and the customer never loses it if it does not. The platform is a party to the transaction, not a noticeboard.

Payment follows the event country

Bankak in pounds inside Sudan, international cards through Stripe outside it — two independent ledgers, never mixed.

Notifications that actually arrive

WhatsApp is the primary channel for anything financial or time-critical, alongside in-app notifications — because connectivity in Sudan cannot be relied on alone.

A documented record

Every step is logged with its actor and timestamp: a published price, a written agreement, a verified artist, and a review after the event.

Who it is for

Three sides, one platform

For the artist

A career managed from one place, rights that are guaranteed, and an open door to the diaspora — the highest-value demand there is.

For the audience

Book with confidence, pay safely, buy your ticket in a minute, and follow the artists you love.

For the organizer

Create your concert, set the venue, the ticket tiers and their prices, and follow sales live all the way to the gate.

Coming to your hands soon

Two separate apps on the Apple and Google stores, one for each side. Both are in development now.
